BPAccess Scanner is an internal staff application used by Blueprint to verify BPAccess loyalty QR codes. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, why it is needed, and how it is protected.

The camera is used only to scan QR codes. Camera images are not saved by the app.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use information from BPAccess Scanner for advertising. Information may be processed by service providers that support authentication, cloud hosting, database storage, logging, app operations, and security. Access is limited to what is needed to run and support the service.
Operational records are kept only as long as needed for business, security, legal, and troubleshooting purposes. Test accounts and test scan data may be removed when they are no longer required.
BPAccess Scanner requires authenticated staff access. Data is transmitted to our services over encrypted connections, and access to backend systems is limited to authorized personnel.
Staff users can contact their Blueprint operations or support representative for help with account access, account correction, or questions about scan data. Camera access can be managed through iOS device settings.
We may update this policy as BPAccess Scanner changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and make the revised policy available through the app or our website.
