Greatest life lessons learned from bar work?
1. Patience is a virtue
2. People have a lot of interesting things to say when given the opportunity
3. Everything changes after a few drinks.
Favorite kind of customer?
People who ‘get it.’ People who know what they want, who have a story to tell but know when to stop.
Cocktails served in a Mason jar. For or against?
I don’t mind the idea, I guess it’s just typical of the “scene” right now in Vancouver.
